We are looking to hire Instructional Designers for our organization

Job Purpose:

- Create high level ID plan document for a project.
- Monitor the creation of a storyboard and review it.
- Create instructional design modules with flash for final integration.
- Test the final product to ensure that requirements are met.

Duties:

-Gather information from the SME.
-Research for the subject matter to provide raw content to the writers.
-Create a plan to create the product.
-Interact with graphics and provide instruction and guidance in creating images.
-Interact with developers to explain functionality and ensure that it is done per instructions.
-Interact with the client to understand requirements and implement them.
-Train writers into basics of instructional design and build a team.
-Monitor the project by creating schedules and implement them.
-Ensure quality guidelines are followed.

Skills/Qualifications:

-Experience in creating storyboards and ID modules.
-Interact with writers, developers and graphics resources to create the training module.
-Excellent written English and understanding of writing training material

Experience: 2-6yrs
