A good book for beginners in Technical Writing!
Hi,
I would recommend Technical Writing 101 by Sarah O'Keefe and Alan Pringle as a good start for beginners in Technical Writing. Though the book is written for an American audience, it is one of the best books.

It is very difficult to name one.I think MSTP is the best.
