Different people will find
Different people will find each domain challenging for different reasons.
For example, I find aerospace technical writing very easy, because I have many years experience of the aerospace industry.
If I was to try and move to medical technical writing, I would find it very difficult as I have only limited knowledge of the domain, despite the extensive knowledge of the 'craft' that I have.

I am also interested in aerospace technical writing.I have done my certification course in Technical writing.But due to recession i couldn't able to join.Now i am keenly looking into it. So please guide me.
