To see the contents of the file:

1. Download the CHM files to your local system. Make sure that the complete file is downloaded (tip: see the size of the file on your hard disk drive). If the file does not get downloaded completely, repeat the download process and overwrite the existing file on your hard disk drive.
2. In Windows Explorer, select the CHM file and right-click.
3. Click Properties >> Unblock >> Apply.
4. Open the CHM file :-)
