Michael David is an accomplished Technical Writer and System Administrator, who currently works at Adobe Systems. He has over 14 yrs of experience in Technical Writing and Linux/FreeBSD System Administration. He is passionate about system security and server optimization. He is a Certified Ethical Hacker.

Venkat is a Sr.Information Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, Bangalore. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science, post-graduate Diploma in Computer Office (DCO) automation, and an MBA in Project Management. He has over 7 years of experience in technical writing, and has worked for Novell and Tally Solutions. His interests include trekking, music, and emerging technology.

Anindita Basu is a writer and editor at IBM India. She lives in Allahabad and works from home. She’s writing a book on DITA which is due for publishing by XML Press by mid-2011. Before she became a technical writer in 2006, she was a public sector employee, working with the Reserve Bank and printing currency notes. She has a degree in management. Hemanth Gurunath Basrur is a Technical Writing Specialist and works for Juniper Networks in Bangalore. He has over 10 years of work experience in technical writing and has worked in companies such as Hewlett-Packard India Software Operations and SAP Labs India. Hemanth has participated and delivered presentations related to technical documentation in the STC India Annual Conference and in the STC India Regional Conference.

Kalpana is a Senior Technical Writer at TIBCO Software India Pvt. Ltd. She holds a Master’s degree in English Literature. During her free time, she enjoys reading, trekking, learning new languages, and exploring new places.

He has completed Lead Auditor training for ISO 9001 and 27001 and is passionate about writing in varied styles. He has also conducted various training on documentation according to the ISO standards. He is a part of various Go Green campaigns and NGO’s. He is extremely passionate about playing cricket since childhood and continues the same. In his spare time he loves cycling, playing soccer, reading books and article writing in diverse fields.
