    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :\r\n\r\nThe primary responsibility of the “Technical Writer” is to create, organize, maintain, distribute and ensure that excellent standardization exists in all documents relating to the Fundamental’s Core Fin department. This includes adhering to existing guidelines on headed paper formats, logos, presentation, charts, diagrams etc.\r\nThe role involves taking ownership of the document repository, undertaking a root and branch review and ultimately shaping the way we access, view and utilize documentation thus equipping analysts with the necessary tools to produce world class Fundamentals data. Essentially, a stakeholder should never be 3 or 4 clicks away from accessing the information they need. \r\n\r\nKey communication skills are required to enable and maintain dialogue between various contributors from Content Policy experts, Technical teams, Training and Operations and from time to time, the Product Development team. When writing and/or standardizing documents, the Technical Writer will demonstrate attention to detail and set standards regarding English grammar, order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology. Additionally, be instrumental in researching and translating technical language or jargon into text that the average reader can understand and relate to. \r\n\r\nThe role also involves contributing to ad-hoc tasks including, training, answering queries, conducting presentations and demos from time to time when the business need arises. \r\n \r\n• Ensures ‘standardization’ of documentation exists across all functions of the Fundamentals collection process – FF Core Fin\r\n• Demonstrates attention to detail and sets standards regarding English grammar, order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology\r\n• Edits, standardizes and/or make amendments to materials prepared by other contributors or established personnel. Reviews published materials and recommends revisions/amendments or changes in scope\r\n• Owns and maintains full responsibility of the Document Repository. Maintains an inventory and master plan of all documentation \r\n• Excellent communicator and maintains open dialogue with key contributors from the Content Policy experts, Technical teams, Training and Operations and when necessary, the Product Development team\r\n• Excellent organizational and planning skills. Ensures a ‘two-way’ process exists to publish and seek feedback from stakeholders\r\n• Excellent Research Skills\r\n• Excellent command of the English language\r\n• Ability to work on own initiative and consistently meets goals and objectives set by Associate Content Manager and above.\r\n• Keep up-to-date on industry wide documentation standards via web sites, journals etc.\r\n• Observe and be pro-active in implementing ideas, feedback that comes from the production floor\r\n• Conducts Training on an ad-hoc basis\r\n\r\nJOB REQUIREMENTS :\r\n\r\nEligibility Criterion\r\n• 0-1 year of experience in an Operations environment with knowledge of Data Collection and Operational Processes or similar environment \r\n• Excellent command of the English language\r\n• Ability and proven skills to work independently and take initiative\r\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\r\n\r\nQualification: \r\n• Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream\r\n• Have done course in Technical Writing\r\n
