    Education: Any degree or courses in Technical Communications or English\r\n

      Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    \r\n
      Excellent team player
    \r\n
      Excellent analysis and research skills
    \r\n
      Proficient technical writing and technical editing skills, including the demonstrated ability to write concise, clear, logical content that is grammatically and stylistically correct
    \r\n
      Familiarity with Plain Language (clear and usable language) writing techniques
    \r\n
      Tangible work experience performing technical writing assignments for software applications
    \r\n
      Ability to work independently with minimal daily interaction and direction\r\n
        Ability to work with project specifications and with project Subject Matter
      \r\n
        Experts to research and analyze documentation updates needed
      \r\n
        Ability to work as part of an Agile development scrum team
      \r\n
        Ability to troubleshoot issues
      \r\n
        Ability to estimate work efforts accurately
      \r\n
        Proficient in using Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe RoboHelp
      \r\n
        Proficient in working and editing in HTML files
      \r\n
        Proficiency in Structured and DITA authoring a plus
      \r\n
        Experience in using a CCMS a plus
      \r\n
        Experience in web design and video development a plus
      \r\n

      Specific Assignments\r\nTechnical writer will be hired to work on the following assignments:\r\n\r\n

        Implement the ADP Style Guide and any additional project-related standards.
      \r\n
        Use Agile methodology to determine project documentation requirements; use Rally Agile Portfolio Management software to track project work.
      \r\n\r\n
        Develop messages, embedded text, and What’s New documentation for ADP products.
      \r\n
        Develop/Update online help and user guides for each release.
      \r\n
        Track project hours and provide detailed, weekly status reports to Project Manager or Project Lead. Resolve or escalate issues impacting progress of work to Project Manager or Project Lead promptly. Attend all Agile scrum team meetings and any other requested meetings.
      \r\n
        Respond promptly to inquires or feedback from the project team.
      \r\n
