    Experience\r\n- Minimum of 10 years in Learning and Development at a major multi-national\r\n- Minimum of 5 years work experience in developing instructional training content specialized in industrial/technical content (i.e. development of teacher guides, power points, student materials, tests, videos…)\r\n\r\nEducation\r\n- University Degree\r\n\r\nPersonality\r\n- Must be a perfectionist (the commas and periods are important to him/her)\r\n- Honesty and ethics beyond question\r\n- Self-discipline / Self-motivated to work under little supervision\r\n- Enthusiastic / Energetic\r\n- Hard worker\r\n- Significant contributor\r\n\r\nSkills\r\n- Very, very good written and spoken English\r\n- Excellent computer skills: e-mail, word, excel\r\n- Technical content development at a world-class level\r\n- Creativity\r\n- Organizational skills including discipline to follow Learning Dept. systems\r\n\r\nJob description\r\n- Develop/maintain the content for Impactiva’s Learning Program consisting of:\r\n? Technical courses for the Business Units (material, footwear, apparel)\r\n? Soft skills courses (business communication, coaching/mentoring, general leadership)\r\n- Review, edit, research, write, and update training materials (content outlines, participant materials, PowerPoint presentations, e-learning content, job aids, video scripts, group discussions, etc.) for in-person classroom learning using the ISD (Instructional System Design) process\r\n- All course analysis/design to be based on CRI (Criterion-Referenced Instruction) methodology with a special focus on very clear objectives for each course section\r\n- Expected to produce world-class quality work with attention to small details such as grammar, punctuation, sequence of steps, etc.\r\n- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Learning Leader to identify training gaps for improvement of existing courses and new course design/development\r\n- Assist in the develop/maintenance of the system by which changes to Business Unit technical processes/procedures are automatically made to course content\r\n- Continually audit and manage all Learning & Development course offerings to ensure relevant, progressive and valuable content is delivered via appropriate, engaging and effective media, instructors and format\r\n\r\nWorking Conditions\r\n- Hours: Monday to Friday \r\n- Location: Impactiva Chennai, India office\r\n- Reporting to: Learning Leader \r\n- Commitment: 3 year contract \r\n
