    Brief on the Team: \r\n\r\nThe Proposal Team provides a full range of tender management services. In short, we are a one-stop-shop when it comes to preparing tenders for our Company. Our team consists of specialists who produce winning bids, manage bid projects, and prepare professionally written proposal and response documents for both public and private sector tenders across all regions and segments our Company operates with.\r\n\r\nThe primary responsibility is to analyse customer requirements, develop & demonstrate solutions by preparing Business Proposals, Bid / Tender/ RFP Responses and produce high quality presentations to contribute to the growth of SunEdison.\r\n\r\n\r\nRoles & Responsibilities: Excellent Attention to details and Requirement Capturing is a must. Ability to draft proposals gathering requirements from subject matter experts. Prepare Executive summaries stating the rationale for putting the proposal into effect, and summarize the proposal; so that the decision maker to quickly get the gist of the proposal. Research similar proposals in the industry or projects and try to adopt the best in them. \r\nEmphasize the Company's achievements in an enticing way to the customers.\r\nDeeply understand customer requirements and provide tailored made contents.\r\nResponsibilities include organizing and preparing other documentation by ensuring correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling and technical packages, maintaining records, reports, and files.\r\nInterface with the Engineering and Business Development personnel to compile technical information for O & M Manuals, technical feasibility reports for building and maintaining the Standard Response Database in a regular manner.\r\nPrepare charts, tables etc. to create visual effects to the Business documents.\r\nReview published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding, organizing material and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order of contents, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology; maintain documentation templates & formats.\r\n• Run Kick off meetings, coordinate and follow up with teams independently and rigorously to collate inputs.\r\n\r\nJob Related Experience:\r\n\r\n- Experience in Business Proposal Development and in writing user friendly documents with an eye for brevity, content coverage, logical flow etc. with the use of text and diagrammatic presentations for easy understanding.\r\n- Experience & fluency in MS Office tools is a must.\r\n- Experience in providing Business Solutions to customers with a strong analysis of the industry requirement.\r\nEducation/Experience:\r\n\r\n• Any degree / post graduation.\r\n• Diploma in Computers or hands on knowledge in basic computer operations.\r\nCommunication:\r\n\r\n• Good Written and Verbal communication skills\r\n\r\nOther Requirements:\r\n\r\n• Creativity and a good sense for graphical layout – to make the documents or presentations easily readable and understandable. \r\n• Ability to manage own time, meet deadlines, ensure quality and work in a collaborative team environment.\r\n• Maintain records and files of work performed and ability to meet tight deadlines\r\n
