Responsibilities • Create, update, and manage content for Alation customers. • Author installation, configuration, trouble shooting and feature guides. • Work closely with developers, designers, support engineers, customer success, and users to learn about our customers and our software. • Establish and moderate a documentation strategy for all customer facing documentationranging from release notes and KB articles. • Creating rich mixed media content including videos, graphics, documents and self-help tutorials. • Managing and moderating knowledge base.
