Candidate Requirements: We require the resource to possess impeccable Writing and editing skills in English. Exposure to American English is preferred. Most projects require writing from scratch. You will be a Team Member working with other Writers to review/author/edit RFPs and Technical Guides. You must be willing to work in US shift (from home mostly). You must display flexibility in work time to accomplish tasks with aggressive timelines. Training and guidance will be imparted. Job Description: The task process for RFP response documentation is as follows: Manage assigned project tasks efficiently to deliver high quality content on time. Develop proposal outline, compliance matrix/checklist, and proposal schedule. Gather information by interviewing Subject Matter Experts and/or from previous bids content database. Use company approved templates to author content and/or assimilate content from team members/SMEs post review and editing. Coordinate proposal reviews cycles. Upload final content for shipping to customer. Contribute to creating and maintaining a proposal library/database. Author Technical guides (User guide, Configuration guide etc.). Coordinate to have them reviewed, incorporate feedback and produce flawless technical content.
